Yvonne Sembene

Yvonne Sembene (she/her) is a French- Senegalese- DDR dance artist based in Berlin. In addition to working with various choreographers, Yvonne develops their own projects recontextualising questions of contemporary identity through multidisciplinary forms. Yvonne is also active within the dramaturgy space and periodically is invited by groups and institutions as a critical contributor and observer. Yvonne is an artist presenting in Volume 1 of QFA.
