Juliana Piquero

Juliana Piquero (she/they) is a mother, choreographer, dancer and yoga asana instructor who was born in Buenos Aires and is based in Berlin and Madrid.  In her choreographic works she articulates socio-political issues, archival matter and biographical experiences. She is interested in themes regarding Latin American queer feminism; issues relating to her identity and to functional diversity as well as body language. She seeks for efficacy of the undefined and tries to blur boundaries between dichotomous concepts against both natural and artificial matters. Her research questions comprehension of the complexity of the body as technological device. Juliana is presenting in Vl. 2 of QFA
